The Park has campgrounds in the Caleta Inio cove and Lake Chaiguata areas. It also has around 150km of hiking trails that lead to the coastal zones and to the heart of the Chiloé jungle. It boasts the Island’s southernmost museum, the Museo Parque Tantauco in Inio, as well as a network of trails, observation towers, and resting lodges every six trekking hours. The lodges were specially designed by architects and are built from Guaitecas cypress wood (Pilgerodendron uviferum).
